Welcome to LinkScore ("we," "us," "our"), operated by TrustScore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

LinkScore is a SEO tool that provides domain authority, spam score, trust metrics, and marketplace price comparison for SEO outreach professionals.

2. Account and Pricing

LinkScore operates on a credit-based model. Users may:

• Use the service as a guest with up to 5 free domain checks (no account required).
• Purchase credit packages via Stripe to perform additional checks.

Credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may be updated at any time. Purchased credits remain valid at the price you paid.

3. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. This includes but is not limited to:

• Unused credits.
• Purchasing the wrong credit package, even by mistake.
• Dissatisfaction with the metrics returned.
• Technical issues with external APIs that occasionally return incomplete data.
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms.

If you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., a check failed and credits were deducted), contact us at [email protected] and we will restore the credits.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us directly, we will:

• Permanently terminate your account and ban your email and payment method from future signups.
• Retain all rights to recover costs associated with the dispute.

5. Account Termination and System Abuse

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in system abuse. Examples include:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free guest checks or promotional credits.
• Using VPNs, temporary email addresses, or scripts to circumvent our limits.
• Automating the service in ways that violate our rate limits or terms.
• Sharing account credentials.
• Reselling LinkScore data as a commercial service without written permission.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks.

Terminated accounts forfeit unused credits. Decisions are made at our sole discretion. Appeals can be sent to [email protected].

6. Use of Data and Metrics

Domain metrics returned by LinkScore are sourced from external data providers and are provided "as is." You acknowledge that:

• Metrics may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete due to data provider limitations.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on this data.
• LinkScore is not liable for outreach results, link-building outcomes, or business decisions made using our metrics.
• You may use the data internally for SEO analysis but may not republish bulk datasets as a competing service.

7. Marketplace Price Comparison

Prices shown in our marketplace comparison tool are gathered from publicly available data and updated periodically (typically monthly). Actual prices on third-party marketplaces may differ.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

LinkScore is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available without interruption.
• All external APIs will return data successfully for every request.
• Stored data will be preserved indefinitely.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Service interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Already-purchased credits retain their original value. New credit packages will be charged at the updated price.

10. Account Cancellation and Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account data and check history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Unused credits are forfeited.
• Invoices may be retained for accounting/legal compliance.

Export any data you wish to keep before deleting your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to LinkScore in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Communications and Email Consent

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Service emails: sign-in codes, payment confirmations, bulk job completion notices, security updates.
• Marketing emails: product updates, new features, occasional promotions. Opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Service-related emails cannot be opted out of as long as your account remains active.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and significant changes communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
